My niece turned 8 on January 1st. I happened to be around for her birthday so I made her this birthday cake.

Winter Wonderland Cake
I made this cake for Sp's 2nd birthday.
The cake is vanilla with candy pieces in the mix. The filling is chocolate chip vanilla buttercream. The frosting is chocolate buttercream.
I really enjoyed making this cake. It was really fun trying to make the snowman and the tree. Sp loved the cake, so I guess that is all that counts!
